Our headphones aren’t for everyone. They’re for those who notice the details others overlook.
We aim to build thoughtful, collaborative partnerships. If an engagement needs to end early, the following terms help keep the process clear and fair.
Cancellation Window
Either party may request to pause or cancel an engagement by written notice, subject to the terms agreed in the project proposal or contract.
Completed Work
Fees for work completed, approved, or already committed before cancellation remain payable. Third-party costs are generally non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable, it will be reviewed against the agreed scope and issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Rescheduling
Projects may be rescheduled when capacity allows. A new start date, scope, or fee may be agreed when the pause materially affects delivery.
